Storage system

 

It is essential to give 24hrs notice for pick ups and drop offs. The best way to do this is via text message, you will receive a confirmation reply as soon as possible.

 

When you arrive at our site, please call us for access on to the farm. If you are gain access to the farm by someone leaving, it is essential that you call and let a member of staff know you are on site. Then proceed around to the compound gates. Here we have installed automatic electric gates.

 

You will be issued will a key fob (registered to you) and a map showing your storage plot highlighted.

 

When you approach the compound gate there is a key fob reader on the right hand side, level with the driver’s window. Present your key fob and the gates will open, and repeat the process for exiting the compound. For your own safety please stay inside your vehicle when operating the gates. The gates will not open with the key fob if a customer has not given prior notice. Customers may spend a maximum of 2 hours inside the compound, tasks that require longer will need to be done elsewhere. If lost, a key fob will cost £10.00 to replace each time.

 

It is important that only one caravan/motorhome goes through the gates at a time. Firstly because of safety, and secondly so that opportunists, that do not have a key fob, can’t get inside. Please inform us if someone has done so.

 

Customer that have caravans or motorhomes parked around the outside of the compound will need to leave a minimum of 1m gap away from the fence. Please just check that you are not blocking the beams as they will not set and will weaken the security of the compound.

 

Please inform me in the future if you have any bumps or scrapes inside the compound so that we can notify other customers whose caravan might be involved. Issues like this need to be settled between individuals, Cotswold caravan storage accepts no responsibility for damage whilst inside the compound.

 

The compound is designed purely for storage. There are no electrical, clean water or foul water hook ups. Caravan washing and Caravan Covers are not permitted.
